Proven methodology

We approach every project with a proven methodology to follow. No project is undertaken without a documented planning exercise performed up-front. But that doesn’t mean we spend your budget on planning instead of doing.

Our processes are well established and repeatable, so they’re very efficient. In the minimum amount of time you'll be equipped with a Statement of Work, a clear articulation of the job in hand. It’ll set out all the stages we’ll work through, the tests we’ll run, the results we expect, and what both SNS and you need to provide to make those results a reality.

We produce daily engineering reports so you can monitor our progress and activities every time we do any work for you and we'll provide full usable technical documentation for you at the end of the project for a smooth handover of responsibilities.
